Responsible for the operational control of food operations on assigned shift. Excellent internal/external guest service; Execution of meal plan laid out by Executive Sous Chef; Good communication and organizational skills; Proper staff maintenance of equipment; Oversee menu planning and recipes; Interviews qualified candidates for open positions; Schedules and approves changes in schedule for assigned shift; Trains and counsels employees according to SSC policies and procedures; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
