Job Description

We are seeking an experienced assistant Chef to join our team. Generals' Quarters is a small boutique hotel restaurant & bar that serves both the guests and the community. We opened 3 years ago, and have steadily gain momentum each week. As an assistant Chef, you will be responsible for helping the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
