Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese-inspired dishes with attention to detail and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to all food safety regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparations and ensure timely service Skills Strong skills in knife handling, fish filleting, rice cooking, and ingredient pairing Culinary experience with a focus on seafood and raw ingredients Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Creativity in developing innovative sushi dishes and presentation styles Requirements Experience as a sushi chef strongly preferred.
