As Chef De Rang in Remy , you will provide outstanding guest service and create a dining experience like no other. This French-inspired luxury restaurant serves gastronomic cuisine crafted by best-in-class Michelin star chefs. You will report to the Maître d 'Hotel Responsibilities How You Will Make a Difference Detailed menu description to guests, take orders and then set table for each course Coordinate service and ensure accurate timing and delivery of food to the proper table and guest Lead all aspects of all side work and other tasks assigned by Management Useputer work station (Micros system) Coordinate the ordering, pick-up and delivery of all food and beverage to work station and to Guests Partner with Demi Chef de Rang to provide a flawless experience to the Guests Understand food safety programs and maintain USPH (United States Public Health) sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout work area Practice up-selling and suggestive selling techniques Follow all responsible vendor procedures for alcohol service Bid fond farewell to all guests and ensure they enjoyed their dining experience Basic Qualifications What You Will Bring to the Team Minimum one year (two years rmended) recent experience in the service industry in a high-level fine dining restaurant setting Experience in Michelin Star restaurant Good knowledge of international wines and cocktail recipes, and brands of alcohol Confident in speaking to well-traveled guests Additional Information This is a
