The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes, and ensuring that every plate leaving their station meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. They will work closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment.

Proven experience in a professional kitchen Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine Strong teamwork and communication skills Fluent in English Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals) Clean police conduct certificate We are committed to attracting and selecting exceptional talent to join our team.
