In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our guests and elevate our culinary offerings. Your expertise in pastry arts, and food presentation will be essential in creating visually stunning and delicious treats. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences. We want you to be able to collaborate with our baker as well. Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and pastries with precision and artistic flair Manage food production processes ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all pastry items Package baked goods carefully for retail sale or catering events, maintaining freshness and presentation standards Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, piping, garnishing, and assembling desserts and using a sheeter Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards following industry regulations Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and improve existing menu items Requirements Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery environment Strong skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Experience with food production, food preparation, and kitchen operations within the food industry Excellent knife skills and proficiency in baking methods Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction Previous restaurant or catering experience is required Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity, precision, and a passion for pastry arts Join us to craft delectable desserts that inspire joy!
