The right candidate is a detail oriented and hardworking team player, with a penchant for producing a high standard and quality product. The ability to take instruction, ask questions, and lift fifty pounds is required. This position will require both the ability to work independently and as a team.
Schedule:
MondayFriday Hours:
10 AM- 6 PM Your day will be split between pastry production
- batch quantities of tart shells, croissant doughs and their butter sheets, bars and cookie doughs
- and then transition into shaping laminated pastry doughs and other tasks with a team.
