Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Chef to lead our culinary operations with energy, precision, and passion. In this vital role, you will oversee the entire food production process, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing kitchen operations efficiently and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Lead food preparation and production for all service outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served Supervise kitchen staff, providing clear guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork Oversee inventory management, controlling food supplies to minimize waste while ensuring availability of ingredients for menu items Plan menus in collaboration with chef/ manager, incorporating dietary restrictions and special event requirements Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas Manage shift schedules, coordinate with front-of-house teams, and ensure smooth operational flow during busy service periods. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably within fine dining or banquet settings Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary accommodations for diverse customer needs Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, food handling safety standards, and food service management Experience in managing large teams within hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on leadership and team development Knowledge of catering, restaurant experience, and shift management practices within the food industry Strong cooking skills complemented by experience in food safety regulations and hospitality standards Join us as a Production Chef to lead our culinary team toward delivering memorable dining experiences.
