The ideal candidate will have a passion for food!! This role involves prepping ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring that all meals meet our standards of quality and presentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we encourage you to apply. •Pay is hourly plus tips Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing using proper knife skills. Ensure all food is stored properly and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Help with catering orders and our once a month Friday Dinner service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques.
