Job Description

If you are passionate about sushi and have the skills to create delicious and visually appealing dishes, we would love to have you join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to our customers' dining experience. Duties:
  • Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sushi preparation area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Assist with catering orders and special events as needed
  • Ordering and inventory of products
Control Food Cost Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef or relevant role
  • Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
  • Strong knife skills and ability to handle seafood with precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
