Job Description

Welcome to Garden's at Wakefield , an Inspirit Senior Living Community! We are looking to Welcome some New Dietary Sous Chef to our Family. As a Dietary Sous Chef your responsibilities include performing a variety of duties as assigned for food preparation, service and maintenance of dietary equipment and supplies in a sanitary condition and Interacting with our fantastic residents. Must demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and lead by example as a team member.
Shifts:
Full-time 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Rotating weekends and
Holidays Essential Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation of food according to approved menus. 2. Responsible for assembling and distributing meal trays to residents per community policy and serving residents in dining room. 3. Performs daily and periodic sanitation activities including ware washing, pot washing, cleaning appliances, physical structure, floors, and specific daily cleaning assignments per community policy. 4. Contributes to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance. 5. Demonstrates commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living. 6. Collaborates with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
Serve Safe or Equivalent preferred. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
