Dessert Maker / Daily Prep Cook

Dessert Maker / Daily Prep Cook This position is ideal for someone who is an early riser and can follow the specific and detailed steps needed for dessert recipes, and appreciates the value and importance of structure and rhythm of kitchen prep work. We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and helping the kitchen stay ahead and organized.

Responsibilities:

Prepare desserts, baked goods, and dessert components according to recipes and standards Assist with daily kitchen prep including sauces, vegetables, proteins, and other prep tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Properly label, date, and rotate products Assist with inventory organization and stocking Help support line cooks and kitchen team during service when needed Maintain consistency and quality in all prep and dessert items

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting at least 25 lbs Self-motivated and able to work independently Works well as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen systems Weekend and early hour availability
