Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef, where your passion for food and leadership will elevate our kitchen operations to new heights! Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold the highest hygiene standards. Collaborate with the menu planning team to develop innovative dishes that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences. Support the restaurant management team in shift management, including scheduling staff and optimizing workflow during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience in casual fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and culinary techniques. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings. Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary requirements, and sanitation standards. Hands-on experience with inventory management, food handling, and cost control measures. Excellent leadership abilities paired with strong communication skills to motivate team members effectively. Familiarity with restaurant management systems, food service management practices, and hospitality industry standards.
