Job Description
Come join our team at The Paddle Trap, an exciting waterfront restaurant on the beautiful Missouri River in Mandan, ND. Our mission is to create a fun atmosphere for staff and guests, making everyone feel like they are on a getaway on the water. With a transparent management and ownership team it is our goal to make sure our staff feels valued and subsequently makes great money by offering amazing service to our guests. We are here to work with you to build the best team environment by reaching goals, earning incentives, and working together . We are looking for an experienced leader in the kitchen who will be responsible for preparing awesome dishes for our guests, keeping our staff loving their work, and keeping our kitchen clean and efficient. To be successful in this job, you will need thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation. Culinary school education is preferred, and prior experience in a related position is mandatory. Pay will depend on experience and availability with room to earn bonus and incentive pay in addition to your salary. Aflac is offered and paid time off with a flexible work schedule is a benefit. We are BUSY in the summer so all applicants must be available to work all hours of operation, 6-7 days a week June-August, with a flexible schedule and less hours required September-May.
