Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits:

Sous Chef Job Requirement:
Actively cooking, hands-on Sous Chef with a supportive kitchen presence Experience in high-volume scratch kitchen Experience in making sauces and meat fabrication Minimum 2+ years in a Sous Chef position Ability to be creative Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments A working chef who can develop the team Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness Able to work as a team with leadership
