Position:
Sous Chef Job Description The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in our kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef and guiding the culinary team.
Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, training, and mentoring kitchen staff Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment Ensuring every dish is executed with excellence and delivered promptly Upholding quality standards and inspiring the team to do the same Supporting inventory management, food cost control, and ordering under the Executive Chef's guidance This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a high‑volume environment and is committed to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
