Our open kitchen design will showcase the grill cook when in action. If knife handling skills are not 100%, we will teach you to improve on those skills as well as other modern techniques we use in our kitchens.

Our Grill Cooks will:

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Restock the front line with prepared product during peak hours
• Restock cook stations and keeping them clean and organized
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
• Put deliveries away Our Grill Cooks will need to:
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift
• this role is constantly in motion to deliver exceptional service and delicious food to our guests
• Lift up to 50 pounds
