We are seeking an exceptional Chef Manager to join our culinary team at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus. As a Chef Manager , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our patients, residents, and staff. Responsibilities:
Oversee the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, plating, and presentation Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, food safety regulations, and quality standards Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ordering supplies and equipment as needed Supervise and train kitchen staff, encouraging growth and development Collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to develop and implement special diets and meal plans Develop and implement sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment Conduct regular taste panels and quality control checks to ensure menu items meet our high standards
