As the central figure in our kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of food production, and food service management. Duties Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and safety. Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service delivery during peak hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions. Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize food management practices. Implement training programs on culinary techniques, food handling, and hospitality standards to enhance team skills. Monitor shift operations closely, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service at all times. Experience . Hands-on experience in food service management, including shift management and kitchen operations oversight. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and dietary department procedures. Previous experience working in restaurant environments with a focus on serving high-volume customers during busy periods. Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, and event catering is highly desirable. Leadership skills demonstrated through supervising teams in fast-paced settings while maintaining excellent customer service standards. •
