This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives during service, maintains high standards, and knows how to run a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Compensation $60,000-$70,000 annual salary 50+ hours per week, depending on season and business volume Typically 5 days per week Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For Calm under pressure and able to lead a busy service High standards for cleanliness, organization, and execution Strong leadership and communication skills A team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others Commitment to consistency, quality, and accountability Responsibilities Manage daily kitchen operations Lead the line during service and ensure consistent execution Expedite food while maintaining speed, quality, and accuracy Enforce sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff Support food cost controls, inventory management, and prep systems Assist with menu development and seasonal specials Maintain a positive, professional kitchen culture Pizza experience is a plus but not required.
