In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food industry best practices will drive excellence across all culinary offerings. As a leader in our hospitality environment, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficient inventory control and adherence to food safety regulations. Duties Lead and supervise the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment focused on culinary excellence Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs, including special dietary accommodations Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and portion control in all dishes served Manage kitchen operations including inventory management, food handling, and cost control to optimize resources and minimize waste Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution of large-scale meals Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas Supervise shift management activities such as scheduling, training staff on food service procedures, and monitoring performance metrics Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary leadership role with strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment Extensive banquet experience coupled with fine dining expertise to deliver high-quality presentations Background in dietary department operations and catering services is highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management practices Knowledge of inventory control systems and food safety regulations within the food industry Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training, and motivation Strong skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and restaurant management principles Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on serving diverse customer needs and maintaining high standards of service Join us as a Chef to bring your culinary passion to life while leading a talented team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
