What We're Looking For:

A seasoned Executive Chef with a full tenure in the executive chef position for the past 2 years Deep knowledge of steakhouse cuisine, but not afraid to push creative boundaries Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team A relentless focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience Strong understanding of cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations, FOH training and private event operations

Responsibilities:

Lead menu development with seasonal and local ingredients Ensure flawless execution during high-volume service Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency Recruit, train, and mentor back-of-house staff Operate the business according to the budget based financial plans of the restaurant Why Join Us?
