As we continue to grow our prepared foods and catering business, we're looking for a Training & Catering Chef who can bring culinary excellence, leadership, and teaching ability into our stores. This is a unique opportunity to blend hands-on cooking, training, and program leadership—helping elevate how we execute food across multiple locations.
What You'll Do:
Lead Culinary Execution Work hands-on in stores to ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency Execute and refine recipes across prepared foods and catering programs Conduct tastings and quality checks to elevate standards Train & Develop Teams Train Kitchen Managers and team members on proper techniques, recipes, and execution standards Build simple, effective training materials and playbooks Coach teams to improve speed, consistency, and confidence Support Catering & Events Help execute catering orders and ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery Collaborate on menu customization for customer needs Support stores in growing their catering business Ensure Food Safety & Standards Enforce food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Conduct kitchen audits and reinforce best practices Help Roll Out New Programs Support new food programs, items, and initiatives across stores Drive consistency in how programs are executed Partner with culinary and operations teams
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years in a high-volume kitchen, catering, or food retail environment Experience training, coaching, or leading kitchen teams Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail Passion for food, people, and teaching ServSafe certification (preferred) Ability to travel between store locations
Compensation & Benefits:
