POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a modern French kitchen rooted in classical technique. This is a fast paced, detail driven environment where precision, consistency, and discipline matter. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for cooks who already understand how to run a station and want to refine their craft at a higher level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and proper technique
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
  • Work service with urgency while maintaining control and standards
  • Follow systems, prep lists, and recipes with accuracy
  • Contribute to a disciplined, professional kitchen culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2-4 years line experience in a serious kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and foundational technique
  • Ability to handle pressure without losing composure
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
PREFERRED
  • Fine dining or French technique background
  • Experience in high volume, high standard environments
COMPENSATION
  • $25
  • 28/hour for the right cook
  • We pay for skill, speed, and consistency
