Whether you're crafting intricate dishes or supporting the daily kitchen operations, your culinary expertise will help elevate our restaurant's reputation for excellence. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes Support kitchen operations during service hours by efficiently managing food prep stations Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and texture Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and exceptional customer service Contribute to catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations Experience with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling techniques Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the food industry, including catering or serving roles, is highly desirable

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
