Description Harvest Restaurants is seeking passionate Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our growing culinary team across our Union & Somerset locations.   • 4+ years of Sous Chef or Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred. The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste. Strong broiler skills are required. An excellent attention to detail. Team Player and Mentor.
