Description Harvest Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about the culinary industry! Here true hospitality and a menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood and modern American cuisine are proudly served in familiar, yet exciting atmosphere! We are looking for leaders who are upbeat, energetic and dedicated to guest satisfaction to join our team! Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred. The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste. Strong broiler skills are required. An excellent attention to detail. Team Player and Mentor.
