WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced pastry chef who has worked with laminated doughs, can work professionally on a team, create new seasonal tarts, danishes, ice creams and more. Has great time management skills, loves collaborating, keeps their station clean, and is comfortable overseeing a team of bakers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the owner and collaborate with other chefs. Work within a team assisting in the oversight and production of all Pastry and Baking operations Well-versed in classic pastry techniques Ordering, receiving, inventory, training Daily administration work, scheduling, recipe documentation Maintain professional culture within the team Cover shifts when needed

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of professional kitchen experience Experience with pastry, cakes, cookies, tarts & viennoiserie. Experience with back of house administrative duties Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen team Communication and supervisory skill
