27 Apr 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing all pastry and bakery products in accordance with Pastry Shop standards. This role supports higher-level bakers and pastry chefs, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines. The position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced culinary environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items as trained and directed.
• Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation requirements.
• Assist higher-level bakers and pastry chefs with production tasks and banquet needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Shop, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage of all ingredients and finished goods.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and proper handling of products.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Support special events, seasonal menus, and high-volume production periods as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Pastry leadership. Qualifications
• Previous experience in pastry, baking, or culinary operations preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling based on business needs.
