Indian Cuisine Chef We are a well-established and highly-rated restaurant in Las Vegas, seeking a talented and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new, unique, and delicious dishes that showcase the flavors of India
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and create new dishes that are true to the flavors of India
• Prepare all food items according to recipe specifications
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques for Indian dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per week for this position. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
