What You'll Do:

Prep, cook, and plate items to exact specs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station Master each station, and strictly follow all procedures, techniques, and protocol Communicate clearly with team members and expo Follow food safety and sanitation standards Keep calm under pressure during busy rushes

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchens Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations Reliable and detail-oriented Able to stand for long shifts

REQUIREMENTS

Positive attitude, drive, and integrity Ability to focus and multi-task with attention to detail under pressure Must be clean and organized Set up station for menu execution Handles, stores, and rotates product Adheres to set standards in cooking techniques and portioning Ensure that the kitchen area is clean and safe Ensures food quality and timeliness Practices correct food handling, product storage, and rotation procedures Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards Experience in high-volume kitchen Excellent knife skills Ability to calmly and respectfully communicate with co-workers Schussboom Brewing Company is an award-winning, family-owned brewpub in Reno, NV.
