Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in menu planning, timing, and presentation. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering team development through training in culinary techniques, safety standards, and customer service excellence. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operation during busy periods while maintaining high standards of food service and hospitality. Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments. Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective team management skills. Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry. Knowledge of dietary department standards and experience managing dietary restrictions or special dietary needs. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures to optimize operational efficiency. Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications required for restaurant or hospitality settings. Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding food service experiences.
