Job Description
Looking for a seasoned cook to work service hours on the line at our Pizzeria in Ridgewood. We work with 100% Sourdough, so its an ideal job for someone who has exeprience or want to learn to work with natural fermented dough. We are a small tight knit team of passionate cooks working to perfect the best possible pizza, home made pasta and desserts using high quality and seasonal ingredients. If you do not have Pizza experience but have worked on a line in a high volume kitchen please apply - we will train! Room for substantial growth for the right person.
