Overview:
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and execution
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Help create new dishes and specials to delight our guests
Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, kitchen management, and menu planning
- Proficiency in food production and maintaining high-quality standards
