Training starts immediately. Restaurant opens in May. The Restaurant Chef oversees daily kitchen operations and ensures all culinary activities meet company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring staff follow health department regulations, monitoring food inventory levels, and preparing inventory lists for ordering. The Restaurant Chef ensures each menu item is prepared consistently according to company recipes, standards, and quality expectations. The Restaurant Chef trains and supervises kitchen staff, verifies that all deliveries are accurate, and ensures products are properly stored following company guidelines. The Restaurant Chef manages kitchen staff and dishwashers to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations. Works collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager to help maintain payroll costs within budgetary guidelines while supporting overall operational goals. $64,500 starting salary.
