Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor. Supervise food handling procedures to maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Manage inventory control and procurement processes to optimize food costs while maintaining quality and availability of ingredients. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training to enhance skills and efficiency. Maintain detailed records of food production activities, inventory levels, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and operational improvements to boost overall customer satisfaction. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments. Proven supervising experience leading kitchen teams in high-pressure settings. Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and department-specific food handling procedures. Expertise in food production, catering operations, and restaurant management practices. Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for team management and motivating staff toward shared goals. Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen logistics. Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and culinary innovation. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations within the food industry. Experience with banquet service, event catering, shift management, and hospitality operations.
