Pastry Laminated Dough Team Lead

We are a fast-growing specialty cake business known for our artistic and modern pastry creations. We're looking for a full-time Pastry Chef focus on laminated dough to join our talented team! This is a great opportunity to grow with the company , gain hands-on experience in all aspects of pastry production, and get real exposure to how a successful bakery operates.

What You'll Do:

Execute daily pastry production with precision and consistency Follow recipes accurately and maintain our high standards of quality Lead and train kitchen assistants to ensure efficient workflow Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen Bring creativity and passion to every product you make Collaborate and communicate well with the team — we value open-minded, positive energy

What We're Looking For:

Experience in baking and laminated dough for at least 3 years ; exposure to mirror glaze cakes and French pastry techniques is a big plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude — no "my way or the highway" mindset Creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow
