Bonus Qualifications Tenure:
Minimum 3+ years in a multi-unit, high-volume, food-focused restaurant group
Experience:
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines Proven ability to create exciting and memorable dishes Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors A creative thinker with a passion for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences Responsibilities Oversee All Culinary for venue Responsible for all food related financials Oversees ALL training & development Oversees ALL HR rules, regulations, and guidelines are followed In charge of safety and equipment maintenance.
