Job Details Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, deliver elevated dining experiences, and foster a healthy, respectful kitchen culture. This role demands a balance of creative vision, technical excellence, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Excellence & Innovation Lead the development and execution of high-level, seasonal progressive American menus with refined techniques and elevated presentations
Maintain the highest standards of flavor, texture, and plating aesthetics in all dishes
Stay current with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously innovate and evolve the menu
Oversee recipe development, standardization, and documentation for consistency and quality Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team, promoting skill development and professional growth
Lead daily kitchen operations with focus, discipline, and clear communication
Create and maintain efficient systems for prep, service, and cleanliness
Conduct regular training on culinary techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling protocols
Delegate responsibilities strategically to empower team members and encourage accountability Healthy Kitchen Culture Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment that prioritizes well-being and teamwork
Promote open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect across all levels of staff

Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships with attention to sustainability and quality sourcing
Ensure full compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Collaborate with FOH leadership to create seamless guest experiences and address feedback proactively
Qualifications:
4+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, with experience in fine dining or upscale culinary environments
Expert knowledge of advanced culinary techniques and global cuisines
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
