This position will mainly be responsible for preparing sushi and rolls for takeout orders. The ideal candidate should have basic sushi and roll-making skills and be able to work with speed, accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation. As this is a new restaurant opening, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career as a sushi chef in New York. Junior-level candidates are also welcome to apply. We are looking for someone who has basic sushi and roll-making skills and is willing to learn carefully and grow with the team. Applicants from Japan are also welcome.
