This position is ideal for a skilled culinary professional, sous chef, or meal-prep specialist who excels at clean performance nutrition, precise macro tracking, and high-quality organic cooking. You will be responsible for preparing Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Monday through Friday, ensuring all meals align perfectly with strict daily caloric and protein targets.

Friday Hours:
Approximately 25 hours per week (5 hours per day).
Shift Structure:
Flexible, but operates best on a Split Shift (e.g., morning prep/breakfast, evening dinner service) or a Mid-Day Block (prepping and plating meals for the day).
Location:
Financial District, Manhattan, NY Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation:
Cook and plate high-quality, delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Nutritional Precision:
Weigh ingredients and strictly adhere to specific caloric and protein goals (macro-tracking literacy is required).
Sourcing & Provisioning:
Handle grocery shopping at local premium markets (Whole Foods, etc.), prioritizing strictly organic, grass-fed, and wild-caught ingredients.
Kitchen Sanitation:
Maintain a spotlessly clean, organized kitchen. Wash all dishes, pots, and pans utilized during prep, leaving the kitchen immaculate after every shift.
Candidate Requirements Experience:
2+ years of professional cooking experience (Private estate, high-end meal prep service, or restaurant line/sous chef).
Fitness/Nutrition Focus:
Proven experience preparing meals tailored to strict fitness, athletic, or macro-based dietary metrics.
Quality Standard:
Deep knowledge of clean cooking techniques, organic food sourcing, and utilizing high-quality oils (avocado, olive, coconut) while avoiding processed ingredients.
Professionalism:
Punctual, discreet, and highly organized. Must pass a standard background check.
Salary & Compensation Hourly Rate:
$38.00 - $42.00 per hour (Based on a guaranteed 25-hour work week).
Groceries:
All food costs and grocery expenses are paid for entirely by the employer via a dedicated expense method.
Note:
Total combined weekly expense for labor and food is capped at $1,300/week.
