  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food service standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring timely service. Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health regulations. Lead and motivate kitchen staff by providing clear direction, training on food handling techniques, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Coordinate with the dietary department for special dietary needs and catering requests, ensuring all requirements are met accurately. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments or similar high-end restaurant settings. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a busy kitchen or food service operation. Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management practices. Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and catering operations. Experience with banquet service, shift management, and restaurant operations is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with food handling regulations, dietary accommodations, and hospitality industry best practices.
