Job Description

Looking for
IMMEDIATE HIRE
for Sushi Chef for
LEGENDS RESTAURANT
to create traditional sushi rolls and nigiri. Candidate will work 5 days a week. Minimum 3 years experience with sushi, and able to communicate with guests sitting at sushi bar. Housing will be provided for this great opportunity to work for a well established restaurant that is open year round. Duties Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes Create new sushi dishes Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking

$1500.00 per week plus
