  • We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards.   • Duties
  • Oversee kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Ensure food quality meets established standards
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Supervise kitchen cleanliness and adherence to sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on creating new dishes and specials
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient procurement
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management and food service
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining and catering practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in shift management and food service management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
