Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure efficient shift management and team cohesion. Oversee inventory control and food management processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Coordinate with catering teams for banquet events and special functions, ensuring timely execution and exceptional service. Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency without compromising quality or safety. Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management. Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervisory roles overseeing large teams in fast-paced environments. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and inventory management techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse kitchen teams effectively. Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, catering operations, and kitchen workflow optimization. Familiarity with the food industry's best practices in food handling, service management, and hospitality standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shift management, inventory control, and food production processes.
