Full Room & Board About Timber Lake Camp Timber Lake Camp is a premier summer camp dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for children and staff in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. Our community is built on teamwork, energy, and connection, and our kitchen plays a vital role in making camp feel like home. Position Overview We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef or Cook to join our culinary team for the Summer 2026 season. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while being part of an exciting camp community. Our kitchen staff is made up of individuals from many different backgrounds and walks of life, and we value strong communication, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality meals for campers and staff Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef and culinary team Assist with menu execution, meal prep, and food service in a high-energy setting Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Work effectively as part of a diverse and collaborative team Contribute to a fun, respectful, and safe work environment Work Schedule & Expectations Seasonal role running June 15•August 23, 2026 6 days per week | 1 day off a week Shifts typically range from 10-12 hours per day This is a demanding but highly rewarding position for someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment Qualifications Prior experience in a professional kitchen, camp, restaurant, or high-volume food service setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting a community-focused workplace Passion for cooking and creating enjoyable dining experiences Why Join Timber Lake Camp?
