We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and can perform under pressure during busy service periods. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations before service Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep and kitchen closing duties Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Help maintain inventory and notify management of shortages QualificationsRequired Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods, walking up and down stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Experience working on a grill, sauté, pizza, or fry station Knowledge of food safety procedures Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Aiello's?
