Executive Chef D'oro - 4.0 Blue Ash, OH Job Details Full-time $63,667.72 - $76,675.10 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Hospitality ServSafe Cost control Team development Hiring Kitchen management Full Job Description D'Oro is the newest concept from Tres Noches Hospitality, the restaurant group behind Alfio's Buon Cibo and Noche. Opening September 2026 in Blue Ash, D'Oro will be a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant designed to serve guests throughout the day with coffee and pastry service, lunch, dinner, patio dining, and a polished beverage program. We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine who wants more than a job. We are looking for a culinary leader who wants to help build a restaurant from the ground up. This role will begin immediately, training alongside our teams at Alfio's and Noche before transitioning into a leadership role at D'Oro as we prepare for opening. About the Role The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with ownership and culinary leadership to support menu execution, kitchen organization, training, food quality, food safety, and opening readiness. This position requires someone who can balance standards and hospitality while helping create systems that support consistency at volume. The right candidate is organized, adaptable, accountable, and excited by the challenge of building a new restaurant. Responsibilities Lead daily BOH operations and support kitchen execution Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members Maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and presentation standards Support hiring, onboarding, and opening team development Build and maintain prep systems, station organization, and kitchen workflows Monitor food cost, waste, ordering, and inventory controls Ensure compliance with food safety and Board of Health standards Partner with ownership and management to prepare for a successful opening Help create a culture built on professionalism, accountability, urgency, and pride in the work Maintain strong communication between kitchen and front-of-house leadership Support service across multiple dayparts including lunch and dinner operations What We're Looking For Previous Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable culinary leadership experience Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep architecture, and line execution Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Knowledge of food cost management, inventory, and purchasing Food safety knowledge and commitment to clean, organized operations Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure Strong communication and leadership skills Opening experience is a plus, but not required What Success Looks Like At D'Oro, success means building a kitchen that can repeat excellence.
