Duties & Responsibilities At least 1 year of line cooking Experience Ensure recipe adherence, portioning, cooking & consistency standards. Ensure serving standards with quality of product and ticket times. Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following preventative maintenance programs. Have Fun!
