Sous Chef:

• + Help create and plan food and drink menus + Prepare high-quality dishes in both taste and presentation + Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and meets quality standards + Step in for the Executive Chef when needed + Quickly solve any kitchen issues that arise + Train and manage kitchen staff, set schedules, and review performance + Order supplies and manage inventory + Follow and enforce food safety and cleanliness rules + Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team and customers •Available shifts:•Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) •Job requirements:•+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Must have experience as a Sous Chef and able to stand in when needed + Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen tools + Proven experience managing staff and kitchen operations + Able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly + Familiar with best practices in the food industry + Comfortable using software like MS Office, restaurant systems, and POS + Background check and drug screening required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
